Buying with Landlord Property Exchange: your questions answered
Do I need to pay to see the properties?
No. You get a 14-day free trial with full access to every listing – including yield data, tenancy information, EPC ratings, and asking price. No credit card required to start your trial.
After 14 days, membership is required to continue browsing and to make offers. Annual membership is £990 + VAT, or £95 + VAT per month. Your membership fee is credited in full against your first completed purchase.
Can I get property alerts?
Yes: tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll let you know as soon as a suitable property becomes available.
Are all your properties exclusive?
Yes: all properties and portfolios on our platform are exclusive to Landlord Property Exchange.
Do you only handle tenanted properties?
No, we also offer vacant property. However, the majority of our stock is tenanted, which means you get immediate rental income.
Who can join Landlord Property Exchange?
LP Exchange is open to any serious property investor or portfolio builder. To get started, complete the short registration form — our team will call you within one business day to complete your investor profile and confirm your criteria. Your 14-day trial access is activated once your profile is complete.
Do you charge sourcing or success fees?
There are no per-deal sourcing fees and no upfront costs beyond your annual membership. A 1% + VAT acquisition fee applies on each completed purchase through the platform.
10% of the acquisition fee is payable upon issue of the Memorandum of Sale and acts as a reservation fee. The remaining 90% is payable on legal completion.
The reservation fee is fully refundable if the transaction fails for reasons outside your control.
