Where will I find LP Exchange at NRLA Connect Liverpool?
We are exhibiting at The Rum Warehouse, Titanic Hotel, Stanley Dock, Liverpool L3 0AN on Thursday 3 September 2026. Doors open at 10:30 and the conference runs to 15:45.
Can I book time with the team in advance?
Yes. Leave your details on this page and we will come back to you within one working day to arrange a time at the stand. Three separate networking windows run across the day, totalling over two hours, so there is room for a proper conversation rather than a rushed one.
I am not ready to sell. Is it still worth talking to you?
Yes. Most of the landlords we speak to are working out whether an off-market sale is right for them at all. There is no obligation and a valuation costs you nothing.
What does LP Exchange actually do?
We are the off-market platform for landlords buying and selling tenanted property. Your property is never publicly listed, so your tenants are not unsettled, and the sale completes with the tenancy in place, so the income does not stop.
Do I have to be an NRLA member to visit the stand?
No. The stand is open to every attendee. NRLA Connect itself is free to NRLA members and £75 for non-members, booked through the NRLA.
