Do I need an NRLA membership to attend Connect?
NRLA Connect is free to NRLA members. Non-members can attend, and the NRLA’s own event page carries the current pricing.
I am not ready to sell. Is it still worth talking?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be ready to sell to talk to us. If you’re starting to think about your longer-term plans, we can explain your options and help you understand how the LP Exchange process works.
What should I bring?
Nothing formal. If you’d like to discuss a particular property or portfolio, it’s helpful to know the location, approximate rental income and a few basic property details.
Can I talk to you about buying as well as selling?
Yes. LP Exchange connects landlords looking to sell tenanted property with investors looking to buy. Whether you’re buying, selling or doing both, come and talk to us.
